Mi è appena arrivato il mio Skinny Coffee Club sono curiosa di provarlo. Da quanto ho potuto leggere sulla confezione la preparazione è simile a quella di un normale caffè, basta utilizzare una caffettiera e dovrebbe aiutare il nostro metabolismo, sempre però stando attenti a un'alimentazione adeguata e a uno stile di vita sano.
